What is the difference between the wireless mode and the wired mode?

The differences between the two modes are the battery life and utilization scope.

  • The wireless mode requires a battery to provide power for the scanner. A battery can support 2 hours of continuous scanning, in other words, 60 continuous cases. Besides, the standby time can reach 10 days. As for the charging of batteries, users can charge the battery by setting the scanner on the cradle to charge slowly or plugging the batteries in the charging base to charge quickly.
  • The wireless mode requires the distance between the cradle and the scanner to be less than 5m in utilization.
  • The wireless mode applies WI-FI 6 to transmit the data from the scanner and the PC.

The wireless mode can release the utilization limitation and create more space for operations, and users can select their preferred modes.
