This page describes the minimum and recommended PC configurations and working environment conditions required to ensure stable and smooth operation of the intraoral scanner.
Note: For users who have PCs with NVIDIA RTX 50 series, please make sure you download the latest IntraoralScan Software (V3.6.5.X or higher) and install the newest NVIDIA graphic card driver (581.57)

Note (Elite): If the port does not operate properly, an externally powered USB hub or a USB Type-A adapter can be connected to the scanner.
For MAC：
It is recommended to use a MacBook Pro and a Mac mini. MacBook Air is not recommended due to the lack of a cooling system. If you need to use it, please pair it with a cooling fan at the bottom.
