AoralScan Elite requires a USB-C power delivery enabled port with 5V, 3A output. If not, the device may not be normally connected to the PC. For feasible ports, please refer to the graph.
Tips:
If the port does not operate properly, an externally powered USB hub or a USB type-A adapter can be connected to the scanner.
