1. Purpose
To ensure stable operation of software and related devices, the computer's CPU, GPU, and other hardware components must meet the applicable compatibility requirements.
SHINING 3D has conducted compatibility testing on selected AMD processors. For AMD processor models that have not been tested by SHINING 3D, compatibility, stability, and performance cannot be guaranteed.
When purchasing or configuring a computer, users are advised to refer to hardware models verified by SHINING 3D and to consider the system requirements of the specific software being used.
2. AMD Processor Compatibility
We have verified certain AMD processors through internal testing and customer usage feedback.
The following AMD processor models have been reported or tested:
Desktop Processors
• AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core Processor @ 3.80 GHz
• AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor (16 CPUs), 4.2 GHz
• AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor
• AMD Ryzen 9 9800X3D 8-Core Processor
Laptop Processors
• AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX
Other Reported Model
• AMD Ryzen™ AI 7 350
3. Important Notice Regarding Accuware
Accuware has not yet been adapted for AMD CPU platforms.
Therefore, even though certain AMD processors have been verified through internal testing or customer usage feedback, this does not mean that Accuware supports AMD CPUs.
At present, computers equipped with AMD CPUs cannot be used with Accuware. Users who need to run Accuware should use a processor platform that is currently supported by the software.
We will update the compatibility information once AMD CPU support has been completed and verified.
4. GPU Requirements
An NVIDIA GPU is recommended for our software and related digital workflows.
AMD, Intel, and other untested GPUs are not recommended, and compatibility and performance cannot be guaranteed.
For better stability and compatibility, please use an NVIDIA GPU.
