This policy applies to the after-sales handling scenarios of certain types of Consumables sold by Shining 3D Tech Co., Ltd (together with its affiliated companies referred to as “Shining 3D”). The types of Consumables refer to the following:

Ⅰ. Scope of Free Replacement
Shining 3D will provide free replacement under the following circumstances:
- 1. Quality Issues: If a quality defect is confirmed in the Consumable.
- 2. DOA (Dead on Arrival): If the Consumable is found to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
Ⅱ. Out of the Scope of the Free Replacement
Please note that the Consumables sold by Shining 3D do not come with regular warranty services. That is, except for the free replacement situations clearly specified in the Section Ⅰ of this policy, Shining 3D shall not bear warranty responsibilities for non-quality issues such as wear and tear during use, performance degradation and beyond the standard service life of Consumables (for the specific standard service life of Consumables, please refer to https://support.shining3ddental.com/en/support/solutions). This Policy does not apply to any Consumable defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, relabeling, improper installment, unauthorized alteration or repair, tampering, improper testing, improper storage conditions, or if the integrity of the Consumable has been altered in any way.
Shining 3D reserves the right to examine any Consumables to determine the cause of the defect.
Ⅲ. Process of Replacement
All replacements require prior authorization, please refer below for the process.
- 1. Customers shall apply a ticket for Return Material Authorization ("RMA") to report the issue of Consumables from support.shining3ddental.com prior to returning any Consumables back for replacement service.
- 2. Application Engineers - Verify and examine the reported issue:
- a. If the reported issue is within the Scope of the Free Replacement, notice and instructions of replacement will be issued through the ticket.
- b. If the reported issue is out of the Scope of the Free Replacement, notice will be issued through the ticket.
For Consumable issues not eligible for free replacement, Customers are advised to contact relevant suppliers or repair service providers on their own.
