Software Compatibility Advisory: Non-Recommended Computer Configurations
We have identified certain computer configurations that may cause performance or compatibility issues with our intraoral scan software. To prevent unexpected issues, we kindly remind users to avoid purchasing the affected configurations listed below until a solution is available.

⚠️ ASUS RTX50 Series Graphics Cards | All RTX50 series cards (Issues mainly concentrated on ASUS-branded devices so far). PC Models Tested NOT Compatible with NVIDIA 50 series graphics cards | When the AI feature is enabled, the scanning algorithm freezes at the start, preventing the scan from beginning.
