The additional scan empowers users to acquire any additional data required. The data could be saved with the order and subsequently exported or sent to the lab.
How to conduct additional scan?
STEP 1: Create an order and collect oral data
Create an order and collect oral data normally. Here, we used an upper jaw model with a temporary crown as an example.
STEP 2: Add additional scan
Click the “additional scan” button, click the “add” button to add an additional scan. Users can also click the “rename” button to rename the scan and click the “yes” button to save it. Users also can delete the scan by clicking the “delete” button.
STEP 3:
Scan the temporary crown. Click the “edition tool” button to trim the redundant data, and click the “confirm” button to complete the scan. Check the temporary crown data.
STEP 4:
Send the data and additional scan data to other institutions. Later, the scanning data and additional scan data can be viewed in the cloud platform.
