Why can't I select any lab when creating a case?


Solution:


Please ensure that your current account has successfully established a connection with the target lab. Clinic can only send cases to labs with whom they have established a connection. 


Why do I see other labs besides the ones I have established a connection with when creating a case?


Solution:


Please verify if your current account is affiliated with both a clinic and a lab. When uploading cases using a clinic account, you can select target institutions from the labs that have established connection and the lab affiliated with the current account.
