To find Teamviewer, search for either of these 2 Icons on your desktop and double-click it:
If you can't find any of them, you can go to your device's software, click the question mark icon () in the top right corner and then click "Remote Assistance".
If you don't have any Shining 3D software installed on your computer you will need to install Teamviewer, you can refer to this link for download: Teamviewer Download
After opening Teamviewer you should have your ID and password available, the client should look like this:
After sending us the Teamviewer ID and password we will be able to remotely access your computer to troubleshoot your device.
