You have 2 options to access Teamviewer from your computer, by opening Teamviewer client directly or opening it from Shining 3D's software.
If you have neither Teamviewer or any Shining 3D device software installed you will need to install Teamviewer, you can refer to this link for download: Teamviewer Download
Opening Teamviewer client directly:
To open Teamviewer, search for either of these 2 Icons on your desktop and double-click it:
Opening it from Shining 3D's software
To open it from Shining 3D's software, click the question mark icon (
) in the top right corner and then click "Remote Assistance".
The Teamviewer client window should have your ID and password available, the client window should look like this:
After sending us the Teamviewer ID and password we will be able to remotely access your computer to troubleshoot your device.
