Instructions for afterhours support
- Enter to your TeamViewer account
- Make sure you have the latest version of TeamViewer, here is the link to update TeamViewer https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/4080-how-do-i-update-teamviewer
- Go to EXTRAS > OPTIONS > ADVANCED
- SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS
- ADVANCED SETTINGS FOR CONNECTIONS TO OTHER COMPUTERS
- TIMING OUT INACTIVE SESSION, select OFF
Step 1: Enter to your TeamViewer account
Step 2: EXTRAS > OPTIONS > ADVANCED
Step 3: SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS
Step 4: ADVANCED SETTINGS FOR CONNECTIONS TO OTHER COMPUTERS
Step 5: TIMING OUT INACTIVE SESSION, select OFF
