I need to leave the office and still need support

Due to time differences around the world, we understand your in-office schedule might be different from our engineers' schedules. In any case you require to leave the office, as you wait for one of the engineers of the Shining3D support team connects to your PC, please ensure you keep the TeamViewer connection open for an unlimited period. 


Instructions for afterhours support

Step 1: Enter to your TeamViewer account




Step 2: EXTRAS > OPTIONS > ADVANCED

Step 3:  SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS


Step 4: ADVANCED SETTINGS FOR CONNECTIONS TO OTHER COMPUTERS



Step 5: TIMING OUT INACTIVE SESSION, select OFF
