1. Temporary files
The temporary files can be reviewed on the dental cloud platform for 15 days after being sent. Then, they expired. The temporary files can be generated by clicking “Regenerate”.
2. Permanent Storage
The files will be archived after 3 years of being uploaded. Users can still recover and convert the file, but the process takes longer.
