Printer cannot be added to queue processing

When connecting to the printer via a network and encountering a "printer cannot be added to the queue" message, try the following troubleshooting steps: 


1. Disable VPN: Ensure the VPN is turned off to avoid network conflicts.


2. Avoid Selecting Virtual Network Adapters: Ensure no virtual network adapters are selected during the connection.


3. Turn Off Firewall: Disable the firewall temporarily to check if it's blocking the connection.


4. Disable Antivirus Software: Turn off antivirus software that might interfere with network connections.


5. Clear ConnectedMachineList: Clean the ConnectedMachineList to remove outdated or conflicting devices.


These steps should help resolve the issue and allow the printer to connect successfully.  If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact customer support to ensure proper use and maintenance of the printer and materials.
