Broken support refers to the occurrence of breaks during the printing process or post-processing stage.

Broken support can lead to failed or defective prints, ultimately affecting the quality and performance of the final product.

2. Common Causes of Support Breakage and Troubleshooting Steps

2.1 Abnormalities in the User’s Printing Environment (Low Temperature, High Humidity)

Phenomena:

a) Low ambient temperature increases resin viscosity, leading to higher pulling forces, which may cause print detachment and layer separation.

b) High humidity can affect resin reaction speed, reducing interlayer adhesion and causing print detachment and layer separation. It can also cause the support structure to absorb moisture and become soft.

Solution:
Check the temperature and humidity inside the chamber via the display screen, and ensure the equipment is stored in a suitable environment.

2.2 Correctness of the Print Parameter Package

Ensure that the print file is complete and correct. Verify the settings in the printing software, and use validated printing parameters.

2.3 Support Strength Issues

Solution:

It is recommended to thicken the diameter of the support top.

Following the steps above should resolve most broken support issues. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
