Multi-platform Application Guide

Configuration Requirements


1.1  Operating System: Windows 10/11

Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 2060 or higher (AMD graphics cards are not supported)

Memory: 16GB or more

Processor: Intel i7 or higher


1.2 Network Requirements: Use under the same IP & LAN is strongly recommended than Wifi, just in case sometimes wifi is not stable.


1.3  If printers can not be found by software: Disable System Security Software

(including turn off the firewall, disable real-time protection options, turn off any other third-party antivirus or security software)


Software Version


2.1  AccuWare version: 3.2.1.X or above


2.2  FabWare version: 3.7 or above


Software operation


3.1 Enter Setting - Multi-Platform Mode - Apply.  The software will be automatically restarted.



3.2 Select the appropriate parameter package and layer thickness. The parameter for both AccuWare and FabWare should be consistent. 

Otherwise the printer can not be recognized and added into the multi-platform printer queue.


Note: If you would like to adjust the offset or contour compensation, please switch to normal version for adjustment.


3.3 Import the model files, maximum 40 models (model number can be adjusted).


3.4 Choose the printer on the left bar, then the slicing file can be sent to the printer (if you have multiple printers, it's used to group the printers).


3.5 Choose One-Click Printing, please adjust the model in prior than choose one-click printing. Wait until each data is processed.




File Finding Function


4.1 You can enter the model name or the serial number of the target printer in the search bar to check printing is possible(this is normally used for if there is any printing failure, files can be found).




Note: Currently you could only search for the printed data within 7 days.
