The recommended operating pressure for the nitrogen cylinder is below 2 MPa. Operating exceeding this range (e.g., 3–4 MPa) can cause the nitrogen hose to leak or rupture.
To mitigate this safety risk and resolve any existing issues, we have introduced an inline Pressure Relief Valve (PRV). Once installed in the middle of the nitrogen hose, the valve automatically vents excess pressure when it reaches beyond 0.5 MPa, ensuring safe operation.
Future production batches will feature nitrogen hoses with pre-installed pressure relief valves. No manual installation will be required, and the hose connection procedure remains completely unchanged.
