A material is available on the printer but cannot be found in AccuWare

A material is available on the printer but cannot be found in AccuWare. Please follow the steps below:

1. Verify that the printer software and the AccuWare software are running the same environment, especially the Release version;
2. Check and update the material package in AccuWare to the latest version.
