Why we need to transfer service
PC in the cart is purchased in China, and the service provider is Dell's domestic after-sales service in China.
To enjoy local support from Dell, we need to carry out a service transfer operation for the after-sales service, so that the customer can contact the local Dell after-sales service when needed, and enjoy more timely after-sales service and problem solving.
The way we are currently taking is to temporarily not transfer services when selling. If there is a problem with the client, after our support team determines that it is the problem of the computer itself, we will assist the customer to transfer the service and guide the customer to communicate with Dell for subsequent support.
Procedure – Service Transfer
When the client’s cart is installed and delivered, the reseller needs to help the customer perform the service transfer professionally, as follows (example video recording – to be added):
The service transfer can be repeated. If the service transfer needs to be transferred back, the information cannot be filled in incorrectly and needs to be consistent with the original information.
