Print spattering refers to small particles or debris that splatter or scatter during the 3D printing process.
1.2 Print Residue

Print residue refers to material that was not fully cured or used during the 3D printing process, typically requiring cleaning after printing. These phenomena can affect the precision and quality of the print.
2. Common Causes of Print Residue and Troubleshooting Steps
2.1 Inspect the Optical Path
If each layer of material does not adhere properly, tiny material particles may detach from the print, resulting in spattering. This can be checked by inspecting the optical lenses, anti-leak glass，and the glass at the bottom of the material tank for dust or contamination.
Solution:
Gently wipe the surface of the material tank's glass bottom with a lint-free cloth to remove dust. Spray a small amount of clean alcohol and wipe it dry with a lint-free cloth or paper (recommended once a week).
2.2 Inspect the Material Tank

Check for residue inside the material tank and inspect the membrane for any holes or leaks.
Solution:Use cleaning tools according to the printer's guidelines to remove debris from the material tank.
2.3 Verify the Material Parameter Package
Solution:
Ensure the print file is complete and accurate. Check the printing software settings and use validated printing parameters.
2.4 Check for Abnormalities in the Resin (Degradation, Contamination)

Solution:Replace the resin if it is expired or contaminated.
2.5 Calibrate Light Power
Solution:For printers that have been in use for over two years, check the light power according to the printer's guidelines to ensure it is functioning correctly.
