Inspection for Overly Tight Bonding


This article applies to the AccuFab-CEL printer.

 

1. Symptom

Overly Tight Bonding refers to the condition where, after printing, the material adheres too strongly to the print platform.  This results in the model being difficult to remove or becoming damaged during the removal process.

 

2. Common Causes and Solutions for Overly Tight Bonding

 

2.1. Incorrect Print Parameter Package

 

  •    Solution:Verify that the print file is complete and correct, check the print software settings, and use validated print parameters.

 


2.2. Excessive Platform Pressure Causing Insufficient Height

 

  •   Solution:Follow the relevant guidelines to level the printer.

 

By addressing these issues, most problems with overly tight bonding can be resolved. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact customer support to ensure proper use and maintenance of the printer and materials.
