Trouble converting order from IntraOral to Metismile

There is a known bug with Metismile v1010 when you include special characters in the work order. Included is a video of what the bug looks like.

Solution: Duplicate order in IntraOral software, edit the patient information to remove special characters, INCLUDING doctors name and send to cloud.
