Complete a connection with a clinic

After a clinic requests a connection with your lab, the request will show in the list of your connections. Remember that only the clinic admin role can request a connection with your lab.

Complete the connection with a clinic by following the steps below:

1. Login to the Dental Cloud with your Shining3D account. Make sure your role in the lab is admin so that you have the permission to accept the request.
2. Click on the Connections tab on the left of the page.
3. Find the request in the connection list and click the Accept button.
4. Click Confirm in the pop-up window to compete the connection with the clinic.
