- Check the heating contact terminals on the print platform for any solid debris;
- If debris is found, gently remove it with a spatula, taking care not to damage the terminals;
- Wipe the heating terminals with a clean paper towel or soft cloth to ensure they are free of residue;
- Power on the device and verify whether the heating function is restored.
