For the removable kit, the screws and the scan body can be separated. This makes cleaning and disinfecting easier. In an all-on-x surgery with MUA in one arch, you can replace just the screws without changing the scan body. This is more convenient. We can use letters and colors on the screws to show which kit they belong to.
How to replace the screw in the Screw-removable kit
- Align the screwdriver with the tail end of the scanbody and gently push the built-in screw forward until it comes out.
- Prepare the screw from the other kit that needs to be installed (the color of the rubber ring can distinguish the screws).
- Insert the new screw into the hole of the scanbody and push it in gently with your finger. If necessary, use a screwdriver to push the screw in further to ensure it is securely seated.

Warning:
- There is aluminum in the product. Please avoid using cleaning solution that is sensitive to this material.
- Oxidizing agents and strong alkaline agents, such as hydrogen peroxide and potassium hydroxide, can not be used for cleaning the scanbody.
- Do not use tap water to clean the scanbody, instead, use purified water.
