How to Bind Devices to the Cloud Platform

If customers wish to view the device activation time, registration time, and warranty period by themselves, they can bind the device to the cloud platform. The detailed steps are as follows:

  1. Log in to the Cloud Platform
     Access the cloud platform and log in using your registered email address or mobile number and password. Select the appropriate site (Region).
  2. Select an Institution
     After logging in, select the institution created under the current site from the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Device Management and Bind the Device
    In the left-side menu, click “Institution”, then go to “Device Management”“Registered Devices”, and enter the device serial number (SN).
  4. Email Verification
     The platform will send a confirmation email containing a verification code to the email address that was originally used to register the device.
  5. Complete Device Binding
     Enter the verification code to complete the binding process.
  6. View Device Information
     Once the device is successfully bound, the following information will be displayed on the device details page:
    • Device activation time
    • Device registration time
    • Device warranty period/warranty status
  7. Reward Points
    After binding the device, a certain number of reward points will be granted. These points can be used in the Designing Service module.

Note:

  • Currently, only Intraoral Scanner series devices are supported for device binding.
  • Other devices are not supported at this time.
