Connecting the FabCure N2 to a Nitrogen Tank

Required Items

FabCure N2 and Nitrogen Tank Set-Up

Step 1

Connect one end of the nitrogen hose to the hose connection(outlet connection)of the pressure regulator. Tighten the hose clamp to secure the hose firmly.

Step 2

Connect the other end of the nitrogen hose to the quick-connect fitting using a hose clamp.

Then connect the quick-connect fitting to the nitrogen port on the FabCure N2. A "click" sound indicates that it is securely locked.

Step 3

Screw the regulator onto the cylinder valve by hand first, then tighten it using a wrench.

Step 4

Before opening the valve, carefully read the pressure regulator’s instructions to ensure proper operation for opening and closing.

Ensure the regulator is in the closed position.

Slowly open the nitrogen tank valve and observe whether the high-pressure gauge displays the tank pressure. Check the connections for any hissing sound that may indicate leakage.

Slowly increase the regulator output pressure and adjust it to 0.15–0.2 MPa.

Nitrogen Tank Replacement Procedure

Follow These Steps When Replacing the Nitrogen Tank
Failure to follow the correct sequence may result in gas leakage or equipment damage!

1. Close the nitrogen tank valve.

2. Start one Aesthetic Mode curing cycle to release any residual nitrogen in the hose.

3. Close the regulator. Then use a wrench to remove the pressure regulator from the empty nitrogen tank.

4. Follow the FabCure N2 and Nitrogen Tank Set-Up steps to connect and use the new nitrogen tank.
