•Check the symbol on the USB-C port on your PC. The Elite scanner must be connected to a Power Delivery enabled port with a 5V, 3A output.
•Before scanning, please check if a recent calibration has been performed.
If the port does not operate properly, you can connect the scanner to an externally powered USB hub or use a USB Type-A adapter.
