Gingiva Mask Resin Application Guide

Recommended Resin: GM12

Gingiva design is a part inside the process of printing an implant model. It is used to replicate the patient’s natural gingival appearance for implant cases. If offers natural gingiva color and can easily show the patient’s with all the anatomical details. Shining 3D offers GM12 to all users who has request on printing gingiva on implant models for a full solution from 3D scanning to 3D printing.

Things to be reminded for GM12

1. Please shake well before pouring the resin into the resin tank

2. If you haven’t use for a long time, please use ultrasonic machine for 2 minutes. Otherwise the color may not be binded.


 

3D Printing Method for gingiva

Gingiva should be designed after the model is prepared and should be adjusted after the path of insertion and crown is determined. The abutment and crown can be designed at the same time, minor adjusting will be needed. 


Note: If you print a non-separated model with abutment, the gingiva fitting may have minor effect.





Caution:

Please don’t use high pressured steam gun to clean the model which will cause the surface accuracy and may affect the result.
