Monitoring a case

After you have created a support ticket, you can view the details through this process:

1. Click My Ticket on the home page.


 https://support.shining3ddental.com/en/support/home


2. You can see new tickets and previous tickets you submitted.


3. By clicking the ticket you can communicate with our support team and see the ticket details.
