MIX issue related the USB HUB --> not recognized

-disconnect the power supply from the MIX scanner and USB cord from the computer

-with the power supply disconnected from the scanner turned it ON and OFF 8/9 times,

-reconnect the power supply cable turn the scanner on and connect to the computer again
