Preparing the workspace

Prepare a dust-free workspace for cleaning the Anti-Leakage Glass and an additional space for storing the accessories of the resin Tank during replacement.

Unplug the printer

Before performing maintenance, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable from the printer. Do not perform maintenance on the printer while the printer is connected to power.

CAUTION:

Performing maintenance on the printer while it is plugged in increases the risk of electric shock.

Removing the consumables

Before conducting printer maintenance, it's essential to remove the build platform and resin tank to prevent resin from dripping into the printer cavity.

CAUTION:

Resin may cause skin irritation or an allergic skin reaction. Wear Nitrile gloves when handling liquid resin. If it comes into contact with the skin, wash skin with plenty of soap and water.

Remove the anti-leakage glass

Wear clean Nitrile gloves, gently lift the screws to remove the metal frame, and then take out the Anti-Leakage Glass.

Step 2: Cleaning the Anti-Leakage Glass

Spray an adequate amount of lens cleaner on both sides, then wipe the glass with a PEC*PAD contaminant free wipes. Ensure that there are no noticeable water stains or dust on the Anti-Leakage Glass under normal lighting.
