This error means that the printer does not match the device selected in the Accuware Software.
1. Before starting the printing process, check that you have selected the printer with the serial number of your printer, not the "Default Printer"
2. If your printer is not registered in the Accuware software, do the following:
a. Settings > Import Machine < From PC
b. Open the folder of the dongle < Select the ".sndev" file
